If you notice who doesn't really give a fuck right now, it's Yemen after surviving one of the worst humanitarian crisis in history and Saudi Arabia doesn't seem like they want to bomb them bc the Houthis can hit their oil ships and infrastructure. And all it takes to stop most shipping in the world is a ship stopping in the suez canal. I think a lot of these groups disperse throughout the Middle East can cause a lot of damage to the West and not even necessarily with a green light from Iran or Saudi Arabia.
