I saw a cardiologist today because I’ve gotten a couple high heart rate warnings in my watch.

I showed the doc the warnings in the health app and he asked if he could look through the data. Pulled all kind of stuff. Said it was better data than anything they get with the device they send home with patients. I have never felt so vindicated as a tech nerd.
