Anyways the things that worry me about Meta are mainly their moderation, ads getting sent into feeds, and Mastodon refusing to compete on features.

There’s a world for me where Meta fixes most of the discoverability problem but Mastodon either does not fix it or implements a half-assed version like we have now. Or Meta’s apps are higher quality. Or their notification system is better. Idk. That would leech users from Mastodon to them.
