Would be handy if there was a 
#NixOS option where you could specify what ports are blocked by the network or ISP. Other modules such as the ACME #LetsEncrypt refresher could then react to that and for example auto-switch to the TLS ALPN challenge (with my below PR) if is port 80 is blocked. Or other shenanigans such as not bothering with HTTP forwards in #nginx, etc.
