The west is really fucked up in terms of their imperalist actions (The Wars on Terror killing innocent people, economic exploitation through their enterprises, extensive history of racism), so I personally doubt that they want to establish a more peaceful world like they claim. Plus, I get why China would demand its pandas back. Pandas are an important symbol for China, and so they may have determined that the west, with that shaky reputation, does not deserve to have them.
Also, also, I don't like the fake Chinese accent you pulled. You're not racist, but fake ethnic accents in general are all too often used to demean innocent people.
