anything with lyrics distracts me, if it’s not a language I know Brain decides it’s fun to see if any word is recognizable.

Brain also loves sounds & melodies so anything too interesting can be distracting.

Eventually I realized dub techno kept Brain satisfied enough without being too interesting. Or white/grey/pink/etc noise, particularly a video of the ambiance of the spaceship from Alien.
