"content": "Costs for clinical trials should be the same for either private or public sector.\n\nI honestly don't know what drives clinical costs. I've always assumed it is the personnell costs of record-keeping, administration developing protocols, dealing with Investigational Revew Boards, etc.\n\n(I also dont have a good handle on R\u0026D costs spent vs. drugs approved for public sector efforts. Any ideas?)",
