The most bothersome thing about NGU is the fact that your ability to predict something like is pretty much proportional to your ability to universalize greed. The folks who saw this playing out first are at the very tip of the greed iceberg, most people thought, "why would I hoard this 'money' if I'm not actually going to use it anytime soon?"
