Yes ghee or butter is the best… perhaps even bacon fat! 😍 The heart is still intact. One side is all smooth and you can see the entry although the exit did more damage on the other side but it’s still in fantastic shape. We saved it to eat today! I had the pics loaded to post but some may not appreciate seeing the blood! 🤷🏼♀️
