Brain fog. Slamming your head won’t do anything to help, so don’t be an idiot. It can be caused by a few things:
- Stress, anxiety, or depression can impair cognitive function and create feelings of detachment or mental exhaustion.
- Poor sleep quality or disorders like sleep apnea can lead to persistent brain fog.
- Low levels of vitamins like B12 or D can contribute to fatigue and mental cloudiness.
- Blood sugar imbalances or food intolerances (e.g., gluten) can cause it too
Other than the usual “sleep and stop being miserable” stuff, you could try getting your vitamins in, getting some sunlight, and even see if some foods might be causing it.
Maybe you have a gluten intolerance, see what happens when you cut that out
