I really like how dynamic and "not drinking the cloud K8 cool aid" DDH and Basecamp is.
But sometimes it's frustrating how one person/org can really push (force?) the adoption of something they made by making it a default.
It seems that Kamal is going to be default on #rails 8. It looks like an excellent tool, but makes me wonder - does it belong as a default in Rails? Capistrano was never a default 👀
