Yeah, the Democrats get too much shit these days for 'not having an agenda' and not fighting for more progress. While I understand the sentiment, it misses the reality that the battles we need to fight, and win, are largely to conserve gains we've made.

That won't always be the case, but that is where we are in the war for civil rights right now.
