Here's the thing about this, a lot of folk's entire lives are "political" in ways that they can't opt out of
I'm reminded of the situation we had on here when white folk were asking Black folk to CW their lived experiences of racism
By asking folk to CW what some regard as "political" you create a situation where content visibility is tailored to the comfort of those who get to opt out of politics (on account of politics not having life or death stakes for them i.e. privilege)
