Just made this for dinner. *Huge* hit with the Hubby! Sujebi, Korean hand-torn noodle soup!

I made mine #vegan by omitting the anchovy/kombu tashida (dashi, stock) and using Tashida Vegan brand soup-stock instead! Easy, quick & tasty! 👍

Highly recommended for reducing stress! Kneading the dough, tearing it off and throwing it into the boiling pot is great for what ails you! Some people put seafood or beef in this soup. Spicy versions are also popular. This recipe is extremely versatile!
