I finally set up a
npub1lf3uxxl7y93w5zrn0gxtslhp84x79s36gup29m4vrv42dwnsqm2sqd8pta (npub1lf3…8pta) instance, and I'm excited to begin playing with it! As I continue configuring it, though, I'm struck by some confusing UI issues that I always find frustrating about Peertube.
1.) Why do non-logged-in guests have a 'Publish' button in the upper right? This creates an unrealistic expectation that this platform is like YouTube and that anyone should be able to register and publish videos. It seems that 99% of instances don't work this way.
