Yes indeed it is! The illustration was originally some concept art that Jerry was trying out as he and I discussed overall artwork for me, and wasn’t tied to any song, originally.
But its “watery” vibe fit so well that I ended up using it for The Waterfall.
That’s why the particular elements in the artwork don’t coincide with the song lyrics, tho.
