Deets: I made it. 1.5cm pebble LEDs. Pixelblaze controller. Two 10000mAh USB packs integrated to not be annoying. Satisfying clicky switches so I don't have to plug and unplug often. Plenty of hot glue. Decades of skill and experience in varying fabrication. Freehanded. About 12 hours work spread out. No I didn't make the cloak itself I'm not a textiles person.
