As someone of Vietnamese descent born in France, many of the shared stories resonate with me. From the unease of making requests and coping with potential rejection, to the frustration of feeling overshadowed by more vocal colleagues and perceiving others as inconsiderate or selfish.

While I constantly navigate between these two cultures, I've learned to express my discontent. However, in some contexts, this can come across as rudeness.
