Don't faint from the surprise but I #baked tonight. Decided to do the same chocolate sandwich cookies but with peanut butter frosting in the center. Used brown sugar instead of dark brown I had to use last time. The cookies seem crunchier with the light brown. There's still cookies to be made so no photos. Later. If I don't eat them all. #food #baker
