A few friends of mine recently purchased houses and already have big maintenance issues. Showing buyers remorse. I get the whole “own nothing and be happy” isn’t ideal but you never really own your house anyway. You just have a different landlord and it’s usually much cheaper.

Ngl I’m kind of happy our house hunt hasn’t worked out so far. We are renewing our lease this week.
