This would be a really good place for means based subsidy for Electric replacement if there is going to be a ban. The electrics, for lawn mowers, string trimmers and leaf blowers currently have comparable performance and are quieter also. There should also be some consideration of the impact on landscape companies and figuring out a way to have a transition or some such.
