In the past, Dr. J has explained the analogy of fish swimming together in schools with man traversing in schools of thought. I'm against all kinds of behavioral conditioning. It is solely the responsibility of parents and grandparents.

This made me remember something. There's this insidious disclipine of "Organizational Psychology." It is mostly implemented in companies and other instituions to attain the desired objective of the controllers-- compliance and behavioral modification/manipulation. It's all for a "just society" and for the "greater good" of the "community."

I thought I'd share couple excerpts from Chapter 11 of the UK-based book, "Organisational Psychology."

"During COVID-19, the Swiss Cheese Model was used extensively for a variety of purposes including:
• designing and analysing return to work plans in everything from higher education (Ryan et al., 2022) to construction in Singapore (Gan & Koh, 2021);
• informing hospital preparedness plans in Korea (Noh et al., 2020) and elsewhere
(Sarin et al., 2020); and
• shaping mitigation plans against online misinformation (Bode & Vraga, 2021)"

"Critical Theory is widely used in COP [Critical Organisational Psychology] and has been described as an organised effort to step back, identify what is happening under the surface of societies and then use that knowledge to seek change."

COP entails "...conscious and systematic efforts, to take a reflective distance from reality in order to reveal what is hidden behind it, and then get involved in society to seek change for the better social conditions, i.e., a just society."
