I am not an expert but here is my understanding.
Signing a nostr note is like signing a bitcoin transaction. Once that transacrion is signed and sent then you can not change it.
When you move funds to a new bitcoin wallet you sign a new transaction that makes the funds spendable by the new wallet buy it does not change the fact that all of the past transactions were signed by a previous wallet.
Likewise you could sign a note on nostr advising people that you have moved to a new nsec however all past notes would still be signed by the old nsec and not the new one. Like how when moving to a new bitcoin wallet the history of past transactions does not move as well.
