I apologize if there was any confusion earlier. But to clarify: a customer can have the same name as one of the developers of Nostr platform, just like any two people anywhere can have the same name. This means that it is possible for someone who raises an issue or reports a bug on Nostr to share an eponymous parity with one of the developers working behind the scenes.
