Just turned on the TV, and after catching the end of Dr. Who, the level of affection I have for this show’s really dawned on me. I’m probably giving my age away, but I vaguely remember watching Patrick Troughton in black & white, and the 1st doctor (William Hartnell) was half way through his stint when I was born.
Can you believe it’s still going 60 years on! I remember running round the playground shouting “Exterminate!!” as a kid.
Dr. Who’s been a constant my entire life, & I really love that.
