Honestly, that's been known for a long time.
The way they get around it is by claiming that CO2 levels are in an extremely delicate balance and we're tipping the scales leading to runaway global warming (hence the other 88%)
The trouble with this is... if it's in such a delicate balance, how did it get there and what's stopping something like Krakatoa from pushing it over.
