Humpback Whale.
This morning my mate Andy Howard and I set off from Gairloch harbour with Hebridean Whale Cruises, in search of cetaceans.
The water was so calm when we left, and remained pretty flat out to sea.
Common dolphins galore, harbour porpoise, a fin whale and the star of the show, Taylor, the humpback whale.
This was taken when he surfaced right beside the boat, and is full-frame at just 118mm.
Taken with my Canon R5 mk2 and RF100-500mm.
