Just checking out the training videos. Fitness is good. Cycle a lot. Done all sorts over the years which is probably part of the issue as I’ve never really specialised. Everything from construction site labouring, studio photography, to (academically) biology, lecturing, electron microscopy, and then later tech journalism, editor, and marketing for schools internationally believe it or not 🤣 A right mishmash!
