I wish every city was a 15 minute city. Life would be much more bearable without a car payment, car repairs, and just the ability to safely walk and safely ride a bike to the store/work. (ideally work would be remote) Unfortunately I live in Texas where a 15 minute city is very fairytale esque unless it's a few neighborhoods in a few cities.
