Penisbreath is confidently wrong, actual lawyers (and many people who can just stand to read this shit) have looked at this and determined that you absolutely CAN be sentenced to jail and fines under the bill for using a VPN to access something that the Executive Branch determines is a threat (including tiktok if it's hosted outside the US). If anyone would like a breakdown from someone with reading comprehension, I'd be happy to provide it.

This bill as written would also give immunity to the government from FOIA inquiries, allow the executive branch to determine what constitutes a violation, and allows them to use unelected "advisory committees" to determine how this should be enforced while also removing restrictions normally in place from preventing non-government entities (for example, the ADL) from participating in these committees.

It's a broad, retarded bill that violates the constitution in several ways and will be expensively and vehemently litigated against if it gets passed. Would it still be used in an election year with terrible effects? Who knows. It uses the legislative branch to hand power to the executive branch that it has no right to.

Also, P's "evidence" that he linked to from before was just another spergy screed that he already went on and that's somehow proof that he knows what he's talking about (he does not)
