My understanding is that if an account has been suspended, NO ONE can use that same handle ever again. I don’t know if they keep your data on the back end, tho.
I’ve considered doing this (getting my account suspended) just so some Nazi troll can’t appropriate my artist name like they can if I merely delete my account.
For now, I just have my account set to private and don’t use xitter anymore.
