so good news

we finally have updated covid data for saskatchewan #covidsk

groups of size ~2 are probably fine. after months, now is a good time to visit people who have been socially isolated.

groups of size ~3 are probably OK for a one-time-per-year occasion (ie christmas dinner)

groups of size 4-50 are risky and should be minimized ie to essential only or to less than a total bubble size of 79. ie these kinds of events you should be wearing a n95+ mask to.

groups of size 51-500 someone is probably bringing covid to.

groups of size >501 shouldn't be happening at all.

examples:

OK : spending time with a friend, especially masked and after eveyone's tested negative.

not OK: going to a busy night club, unmasked

OK: socially distant christmas caroling outside with a small group, all of whom tested negative

not OK: hockey game in a big arena filled with people, unmasked.

OK : a dinner date with that person you've been chatting online with, at one of your apartments.

not OK : office christmas party with 100 people at it

etc
