You can get similar for less at a restaurant supply or even in the aisles of your normal Costco.
It looks to be flavored rice, pasta, potatoes and cereal. You can just buy 20-50 lb bags of rice, pasta, beans, & oatmeal and packed air/water tight safe from insects they will last 25+ years.
Sadly, instant mashed potatoes/dried hash browns only last a few years max.
(150 servings is less than 2 months of food for one person, probably about a month under apocalypse conditions)
