My beloved Thinkpad T470 died about 2 weeks ago. Opened it and did some fiddling, but no luck - internal battery gave up the ghost, said the neighourhood repair guy. Bought a noname internal battery now and its back, it booted up no problem...makes me happy, its virtually just an old Thinkpad but I want to keep this thing!
