What happens if DonOld, in these last days between now and the election, becomes demonstrably and certifiably unable or unfit to to assume the presidency if he should win the election? Second, if he should win (🤯🤬😱) and then cannot fulfill his duties before he takes the oath of office, does VD Vance then get to become president?
