We have been buying DA roses for many years and I find it unusual that some of the nicest ones don't seem to commercially available anymore.

This beautiful pale lilac pink one us called Noble Anthony and is a strong grower with a lovely fruity old rose fragrance.

It looks amazing in the early evening light.

The quartered petals remind me of the swirling tracery in old cathedral and monastery windows.
