I prefer desiccated beef liver to cod liver for retinol as it doesn't contain any unstable polyunsaturated fats.
Saturee's desiccated oysters are a great compliment, as they contain tons of bioavailable zinc, whose benefits were mistakenly attributed by researchers to "omega 3s", confusing everyone.
We don't need Omega 3 fatty acids, and the small amounts of DHA/EPA can readily be made by the body from ALA, which are plentiful in shellfish.
