Adam Dalliance (nprofile…zm22) True. And I'm also more keeping that as a learnt lesson now. Problem, though, is that this isn't really accessible on a lot of platforms especially in the Fediverse. Like, on micro.blog or Tumblr, having your own domain is trivial. When I moved off micro.blog earlier this year, I took my export and just copied it to some webspace under my control and it works, all inbound links included. With Mastodon, Friendica, ..., it always boils down to having to run your own instance and, then, stuff apparently pretty much hardwired to that application and its particular URL semantics, and export to a static page out of the box seems not supported by either of these platforms.
