The payout fees are pretty low thanks to transaction batching. At the current network fees that's around 400sats per transaction.
We do payouts every 4 hours but your purchase is directly converted into Bitcoin as soon as the Fiat Money arrives in our bank account.
(We don't take an extra spread for the payouts. Same is for the Bitcoin price)
