Today's #Baking -
* A riff on one of my everyday loaves for sandwich #Bread, with about a quarter of the flour being rye and whole wheat
* Daniel Boulud's #Madeleines (from Bon Appetit)
Doubled the madeleines, probably going to dip half in some sort of chocolate or glaze --- but letting the batter chill for most of the day, will bake off in the late afternoon or evening.
