昨天开始少吃多动,走路5km,其实走路倒没消耗多少,主要还是少吃,就吃了点玉米,红薯,大概100克米饭,猪肉炖白菜,昨天89.8,今天88.6,目标一周瘦1kg吧,这个瘦1.2kg估计都是水分,之前吃的太油太咸了。
