It would be a somewhat risky strategy for them. You can always remain or become anonymous on the centralised platforms. They are still very much censoring people on x and redefining what they deem to be free speech, "freedom of reach, etc.". One topic is more censored than most.

I think the trick is re-establishing trust of trump, using the other side of the uni party to get people into supporting the state with the illusion they are opposing it by backing trump. Same goes for Zuck doing a marketing tour on the 'alt' platforms. It's a game of earning back some trust before the next rugpull.
