Today’s thought: Most human customer service agents are honestly no better than AI chatbots — and are really actually worse, because you expect them to be better because they’re human. But they have no agency and are treated by their employers as the human equivalent of chatbots, so they might as well be. Three cheers for capitalism. (Guess who interacted with Comcast today? 😞)
