In the first several years of my career as a public speaker, I had a lot of material involving Experian total fsckups on infosec, authorization and authentication. It got to be such a regular feature of my talks that Experian almost always had one lobbyist or flak sitting in the front row who would make a point of introducing themselves and saying that they would be sitting prominently in the front. Just so you know the type of thuggery you're dealing with.
