That not only works out of the box it will take other ink if needed.
HP of old is long gone. Even a decade ago I had some PA-RISC hardware to return and I asked HP and nobody in HP even knew what PA-RISC was let alone how to return them, so I stuck em in a box and parcelforced them to a random HP office
