Discord support is less than useless. I opened another support ticket to get back my old account that was hacked months ago, and despite pinging them daily for over a week (because their stupid system just closes tickets automatically after a day or so without response) I just got an automated response back saying "tough shit, we can't help you with that"

The only time I ever got a human response on this issue, was on the original ticket and it was a copypasted message about how busy they were and that they would get back to me eventually. They never did.
