GW Corporate's policies and choices are infuriating but the people in the retail stores are doing their best. My local GW manager is a class act; he drove over an hour out of his way to snag a War Dog kit because he heard I was looking for one. Grade A customer service, S+ tier dude. This is what keeps people in the hobby.
