I’ve been wide awake since 3 am … having trouble sleeping after coming back from Dubai.

It’s been 2 full nights now where I’m getting tired in the afternoon and then not getting to sleep properly.

Any suggestions?

The day I got back it was good, I stayed awake all day and slept great all night … then yesterday and today it’s been brutal.
