Ugh. Woke up with a headache this morning and had to figure out if it was the smoke (windows opened for venting), AQI, dehydration, food poisoning, or maybe something brought home (ie COVID). Not sure still what it was, but Corsi Rosenthal, Advil, and lots of hydration fixed it.
