Does there exist something like tachometer (https://github.com/google/tachometer) that:

a. Actually works. When set to use "chrome" it keeps erroring on me with "NotCreatedError: session not created: DevToolsActivePort file doesn't exist" and when set to Firefox I get "binary is not a Firefox executable", both on Ubuntu
b. Supports cross origin isolation out of the box?

(I've used tachometer before, so I'm pretty sure it used to work for me, but for whatever reason it doesn't any more)
